It's time to empty our heads, and get relaxed!
Go into a quiet room, shut the door and sit in a comfortable chair, eyes closed.
Listen to your breathing. Is your mouth closed?
Take in a few deep breaths through your nose, and as you let out each breath through your mouth, mentally say the word, "relax."
Try to feel any tension on your face. Make a mental image of the tension, then picture your face relaxing like a Salvador Dali painting.
Relax your eyes, and feel all that relaxation spread throughout your entire body.
Tense your eyes and face, squeeze tightly, then relax them and feel the relaxation spread thoughout your body.
Do the same thing with the other parts of your body, starting with your jaw and moving slowly down to your toes. Mentally picture the tension in each part of your body, then picture the tension melting away, tense again, and relax.
When your whole body is relaxed, rest in your chair quietly for up to 5 minutes.
Now relax your eyelids, and get ready to open your eyes.
Let your eyes open, you will feel refreshed and ready to enjoy your day.
Do this daily along before your visualizations.
