Quote of the Week

"I have been a naughty girl.  I became complacent.  I think I figured because my counts were so extremely high that they wouldn't drop too low. WRONG!  My neutrophils were down to 0.6 !

I don't want to give Mr. Reed a fighting chance to come back.  I promise to do my visualizations everyday from now on - no exceptions - no excuses.  As long as I can stay awake!"

Alison has reached the end of her chemotherapy Treatment !

Another Quote

"I am visualizing my blood cells in a very medically accurate way at the moment.  I saw a treatment program that had a sort of computer graphic reproduction of blood cells and I now imagine them flowing out of my bone marrow and through my bones into my body and sorting out all the problems. I do sometimes slip back in to my "army of men" mode though.  I'm also using my chemo as a hunt and destroy tool - even though the cancer is gone I have four more treatments and want to use them effectively to clear my body of any Mr. Reed cells lurking in hidden corners."
