Visualization has been difficult over the weekend as my headache made it difficult to relax and concentrate. 

I didn't want to force it because that would be counter productive. 

Last night however, I managed something interesting, for the first time over the weekend my temperature shot up from normal 37.5 to 38.9.  

I lay down and relaxed and did my visualization, concentrated on building my blood cells and thought about bringing down my temp.  I needed to be well for work this morning. My temp reading 20 minutes later was 38.  I visualized again this morning and did make it into work.  I'm still suffering but plan to go to bed now.
