I made a decision to take a break from visualization for the weekend, I had some things to deal with.

I am still getting over this infection which has left me a little weak and weary and I felt I needed a rest.  I don't think forcing the visualization process is a positive option and don't want to feel that it is becoming a stale and automatic thing.

So I'm going to do some relaxation tonight and get some good night's sleep and restore my energies and try for some new and fresh and positive visualizing tomorrow. 

A new outlook now that my scans are clear is to cleanse my body of any hidden Mr Reed cells that may be lurking and to start building a new network of immune system cells that will protect my body forever. 

We may even become bionic!
