Bad Guys
The cancer cells are the bad guys.
They are weak, confused, and can be easily destroyed.
They are weaker than the treatment.

Good Guys
Healthy cells are good guys.
They must be strong and vital.
They must be able to take a beating.

White blood cells are good guys.
They are strong, smart and eager
They are stronger and larger than cancer cells.
They are plentiful and are the supporting team

BUILD IMAGES AND ADD TO YOUR CAST

Imagine the cancer cells as nonthreatening. Close your eyes and imagine their faces, feel their fear and confusion. Let the images come to you, watch them move, follow them.

Imagine the healthy cells as robust and energetic. Close your eyes and imagine their strength, feel their power and let their image come to you. Imagine a team of eager white blood cells, and ask them to devour the cancer cells. Relax and watch and feel cleansed.

Imagine Chemo entering your bloodstream. Within seconds all cells are covered in sticky chemo. The entire cast, good and bad, is weakened. Bad cells die, good cells survive. Imagine energy and power within the good cells. The cancer cells cannot escape, they try to hide, so you close your eyes and look for them.

Using self talk (talking to yourself in your head), ask for help in removing a cancer cell. Feel the cancer cell being pulled from it's hiding place. Relax, let the helping image come to you, give the helper a name and a face. Say "Hello" and ask the helping image to find all the cancer cells that are hiding. Add this character to your cast of good guys.

You are in control, you have the power in your own mind to create as many healing images as you need. You are in charge of creating your own personal healing movie! Anyone can do it. You can do it. Go ahead and do it.
