A short update from a busy survivor!

I finally decided that any hopeful cancer cells in my body, the kind that can really take a beating and still come back to life, are now long dead and gone. They are less than vapor, there is not a malignant trace left to tempt any of my good cells to mutate. So with that in mind, I have started taking vitamins regularly. Now why would I wait until now to take vitamins when I could have been strengthening my entire system during this past year and a half since treatment? Well, in my mind, I don't want to feed any possible cancer cells, perhaps even revive an almost dead one. It is that 1% that lives to come back, multiply and kill you. It is like waiting for the last burning ember to go out before walking away from a fire. I believe that my last burning cancer cell has long been snuffed out, so I can now build armor around my good cells with daily doses of supplements. My good cells are like sponges! It is definitely time for some heavy duty rebuilding!
